PreBuilt.com - Domain Management....anyone use them?

Just noticed somebody selling a site on eBay today that was built with this system and was curious if anybody here has tried it/uses it.

I personally have never heard of them and could only find two posts here from mid 2010 with no real information. I do like the look of it from their site and am thinking of giving them a try.
