To upgrade, just upload all the files into your site (overwriting old files) and run upgrade.php script.

I have tried using email support twice and sent a pm. Is this service out of business or is it just horrible support?

There is a support forum which is our support method. Did you post at the forum? I try to answer all of the emails I receive, but I get so many of them that I set up a support forum for better support. On all my contact pages it is clealy stated that the support forum is the first method to get support.

Bought one of these scripts yesterday and am very happy with it. One thing I would say is that I did not find the installation easy and my Host really helped out a lot. Sensesites will install your site for $29.95 so you may want to consider thats worth doing - i've now spent about 4 hours on this installation - I know someone said 10 minutes but I honestly think they must have some programming knowledge. I am not a newbie and I found it very detailed to install the CMS; more detailed installation guide would definately help.

It's a real quality product though and i'm looking forward to see how it works out.

if you use copyscape.com against one of their sample sites, it finds a nice big handful of other sites with the same content, this isnt good, so has anyone actaully made their money back plus a good ammount extra?

That's what the random links page part is for - prevent sites being exact duplicates.

Oh yes, many people earn nice moeny from them. Even my demo sites that I have on the page earn nicely just from Google traffic, with no advertising
