A lot of .EDU back links! When universities submit their websites, they are required to put reciprocal link back to this site... hence, the PageRank.

Isn't PR overrated? I can hand reg a domain and make it PR3 easily. PR9 is VERY nice but it means nothing to me, really. Show me traffic/revenue stats and I'd gain an interest.

PR is super overratted! I have a site with over 2000 uniques/day with PR0 and another with less than 50 with pr4

also I value the site at $10-15k max
