I've been posting on another section about this PR7 thing, about 80% of the places I've checked have given it a 7 rating, others a zero. causing major confusion to this newbie, i haven't done anything FAKE with this site... just trying to find out how much its worth.

Not really, the PR is fake, if you bought that domain then I am sorry to tell you that you have been scammed.
