So the profit is around $480 a month? Are there any other expenses besides hosting? How long has it been making this much? How much time do you spend on this site per week & what is involved in maintaining it? I am considering an offer but need a bit more info before I do.

Thanks for the offers made. I'm not in any rush to sell this site as there is very little maintainance involved (less than 1 hour a week) so rather than sell for 6 months earnings I think I will sit with it, unless of course a bigger offer comes in.

To answer a couple of quick questions - there has never been any advertising budget for the site, all organic links. There is no expense to the site whatsoever, except for hosting.

That's why you need tell ppl starting price and bin price so you and buyer are not wasting time.
