Established PR5 Website For Sale Surftp.com

Hello im starting a new venture in what i think could be a great success so im needing to sell of this site to help pay for it.
I havent really had much time to put into it over the last few months but it does recieve abit of traffic as you may know from the PR5.
With some updates and abit more content i believe this could be turned into a great well used online ftp program.
Not sure on revenue dont have channels running for this site but im guessing it would recieve some.

Sorry looking for offers over $100 This site was recieving over 6,000 hits a couple of months ago and is a PR5 so would be easy to get up in the top of search engines.
