The site comes with all current tutorials on it. It has some listings at huge tutorial ssites such as pixel2life.com. Most traffic comes from those sites.
I will allso add some fresh tutorial to it when bought. And more tutorials are comming from a regular tutorial writer. Mostly HTML and Photoshop.
The site is getting an average of 500 visitors a week !!
And a nice place to insert your ads. And make some revenue. The ads I have on the site right now are getting an average of 10 clicks a day and rising. But if you intergrate them better they will get more hits. It is affiliated with the Skye community and it is getting a lot of hits from that, affiliation will stay after the sell.
The site comes with the hosting package. It is hosted at POGS.

The site has a lot of potential to become HUGE. And with the content it has right now it is not that difficult to achieve. The reason for selling: Haven't got the time to maintain the site anymore and don't want this site to die due to my inactivity.
