vimkar, I hate to have to point this out, but this seems to be a case of false pagerank and false link popularity. Both stats being returned by Google are stats belonging to binaerpilot.info rather than the domain being sold, so this is not a legitimate PR5 domain.

As pointed out above, searching for binarpilot.info returns info for binaerpilot.info

For the link pop, compare results for these two searches and they are identical,
