Established PR4 Free Webmaster Resources Site For Sale!

I decided to sell my site http://www.triphp.com which I can never handle anymore because of other busy things to do. The site has been up since 2004 and currently has PR4 on homepage and PR3 on subpages but I have never promoted and updated it since early November 2005. Total Adsense Revenue since January is just $132.04 'coz what I've said, there's no promotion on it and I even rarely visit it.

The site code is written by me from scratch (except phpLD of course) and all contents are manageable in Admin CP. Site's content are:
