It was expired for a small time and I had to reregisterit. so it says says its newly reigistered, it has existing for a much longer time though.

So if probably some how happen with your domain and it expires (stranger things happen) and you'll have to reregister it and hope you get lucky and no one else registered it

So the Pr was pre-existing. I wish there was some trick to get pr that fast.
