Reasons for selling? I enjoy making sites as a hobbie, i enjoy more making them than promoting them and this is my older site. Im starting a new site so i want to sell this one as i cant manage many sites at the time.

Those are sites that i own and ive never tried to sell so you can sell them for money as the third option. Now, i thought of making SC4M.COM: The Blog. Where i would review paid sites. I would also sell posts and include adsense so that can be an idea for the new owner.
