Due to lack of time and changes in my personal life, i am selling this PR4 Free General Directory.

1. $75 from a sitewide link per month through linkworth = $150 (a)
2. 1 footer link @ $20 per month = $100 (b)
3. Adsense = $18.71
4. 18 Featured Links @ 24.99 per link = $449.82
5. Text link Brokers = $35
Proof for the above can be given upon request and only to serious parties.
Total Revenue: $753.53
Total Expenditure: $25 (script license)
Total Profit: $753.53 - $25 = $728.53
Terms and Conditions:
1. New owner agrees to keep all featured links for life. as all featured links have been sold @ lifetime.
2. New owner agrees not to dump the database and retain all 5000+ links.
3. Upon purchase, (a) and (b) will be removed from the site and you can replace it with anything else of your choice.
4. All incoming links from my other site(s) will stay for a period of 3 months.
Other Details:
1. Site runs PHPLD 3.0.5 - license can be transferred to the new owner through David (PHPLD).
2. Custom Template and Custom logo image.
3. Site also runs Rydium banners - i cannot give you a breakdown for this url alone as it all runs together.
4. Site is listed in many of the popular directory lists.
5. During the recent google update, the directory lost all internal pages pr but should regain it back at the next update. if u want to know why it lost the internal PR, please search the google forum in dp for more details.
6. You must move the site to your server within 1 week.
Bin set at $1000.
