Hi, I'm interested in selling a little site about air filters that I started a few months ago, but never ended up fully developing

The domain is www.4airfilters.info, and has a Google pagerank of 4. It has minimal traffic, but managed to earn $11.73 on Adsense last month, with just 14 clicks (high CPC). With a bit more content development, this site could probably generate a good amount of income.
