The design of the site is unique and done by myself. The site is easy to modify if needed as PHP includes are used for headers and footers and ad placements across the site. You will recive all the PSD files used for the site so you can easliy change graphics etc if needed. It is easy to add new news items to the front of the site as it is all handled through cutenews.
I am selling as i dont have enough time to fully develop it, i have done very little if any advertsing of the site and yet this month it has recieved 277 uniques, with 129 of those uniques from search engines.
Given more time this site could do very well and bring in quite a bit revenue via ads, allposters.com and amazons affilate scheme.
