Established PR3 Website with good traffic

I'm selling URLCrop.com. I made the site from scratch in ASP/MySQL last September and it's had pretty decent traffic consistently since then. I've never advertised the site or anything, it's all word of mouth.

Traffic Statistics
Compete.com: #734,230 with 1,150 U.S. visitors per month
Alexa.com: 444,271

From Google Analytics:
May: 8,161 visitors, 11,121 page views
April: 15,644 visitors, 15,644 page views

Ad revenue has only been $20-30 total because I've been only been using AdBrite network ads, which make crap. AdSense could probably make a pretty penny, since the main portion of the cropped URL page is a block ad. The lack of proof in revenue is the only thing holding me back from selling it for quite a bit more.

It also estimates a possible $56/mo revenue from ads.

Don't get me wrong, it's a great site and I love th custom code, but aren't there thousands of the same site using free scripts out there already?

Yeah, there are quite a few, but few with actual traffic. The main plus about URL Crop is that you are displayed an ad when you click on a cropped link, thus giving you the ability to make lots of ad revenue. I made the site with the intention to sell, thus I never worried much about advertising. I'll admit the price is steep, but why not set the bar high to start?

No buyer found now. I'll admit the price was high, but I have high hopes.

I'm now taking reasonable offers. The site had just under 900 uniques yesterday.
