The site is running the FREE version of phpld so therefore there is no paid license.

Please see - http://www.phplinkdirectory.com/ - in the left hand side bar you will see the free version. The only difference really is that the free version has the link back to phpld.

The $4 featured link is what you see on the homepage - lukesdeals.co.uk
The $10 per month banner for utubedownloads.info is on the homepage and was sold on DP as well.
