It is a newly created cheats site, launched about 10 days ago and has nearly reached 400 uniques, I bought this domain as a traffic domain a few months ago and only just decided to do something with it.

For using cheatsdatabase they place a google ad on the cheats pages.

If you take a look at one of the cheats page you can see I added a few advertising options under the cheats, they would work well to bring in extra money.

I submitted the site to a fair few topsites, to be fair I don't think many of them are worth keeping on, you could always sell advertising space in that area.

I can set this site up on your server, I will accept payment through paypal, this is a 5 day auction unless BIN has been met.
