Established Cheatorial.com - Great looking cheats site, custom design + over 40k cheats!

I am selling one of my cheats websites. The site is Cheatorial.com

The domain has been around in some form or another since November of 04. The site was open under someone else and then closed before I bought it and reopened it.

The site has a very nice design and comes with a cms & cheats database of over 40,000 cheats. (it does NOT run off of cheats database).

I am selling the site simply because I do not have time to update it. With college starting, a job, and other sites to attend to I do not feel I will have enough time to properly update the site as I had planned to do (as I've not had time to do it in a while).

The site currently has a PR3.

Revenue is non existent as I use the site to advertise my other sites.

I have previously gotten offers of mid $xxx for the site but due to the fact that I need money soon I am willing to consider all mid-low $xxx offers.
