negotiable PR1 Clan Domain/Site

I'm selling my clan's domain name, i was the leader of this clan for a while and we became extremelly popular on Halo PC however i recently quit the game and now the whole clan died because of me. The domain is great and easy to remember. It is a Google PageRank 1 and it has a decent amount of traffic too it, however not much. The traffic lowered when the clan died however with a bit of promotion this site could get a lot of hits.
