Whats valued more?
The PR of a domain name, or how old it is?

So for example, out of the folloiwing, which has more value:
-10year old domain which consists of 2words with PR 0
- a PR 2 domain name.

Well in your example a domain 10 years old would in my opinion be more valuable (everything else being equal)

If you buy a domain and it does not come with a site the PR can mean very little. On the other hand however a domain that is 10 years old compared to a domain only 2 years old would not have much oof a difference on the outcome price.
