PR insanity or is URLTrends broken?

URLTrends updated for all these in the last few days. I damn near fell out of my chair when I saw the PR5 for www.owenspottery.info which is just a couple pages of information and a book for sale and has only been active for a few months. This PR thing is insane.

I'm with ya, PR5 for the page doesn't seem right when you look at the total incoming links...

Well I hope you dont mind me saying that I agree with you - it doesnt exactly deserve a PR of 5, but when I visited it with FireFox (google toolbar) it shows 5/10 also.

Just thought i'd show its not just urltrends...(unless thats where FF gets it's stats from).

Be happy anyway...you have a PR5.

I went to Iweb tools and seo tools to double check. They both show a 5. Seo future rank shows 5 for all big G servers.

I think it will go away soon. Think I'll throw link to more of my other sites & see what happens.

on the 4/4 update google has changed something..it's either a bug or a new algorithm

I have PR8 at www.democracyforums.com and it simply can't be explained. This is based on our old knowledge of the PR algo...my opinion is that's it's changed to devalue it.

i have a domain composed by one strong keyword almost without links and only 1 page without links on it that gained a PR5, it was 0 before ..
