PR code from iwebtool

When I view my site www.gainweb.org in FF, the code from iwebtool.com shows the correct PR at home page. However, when I view the site in IE, first PR5 image is displayed and then it changes into PR0. I deleted history, temporary files, nothing happens. Is it a problem with iwebtool code or IE or my site?

I imagine IE sucks and is outdated even when new, unfortunately, ALOT of people depend on the big clowns, like microsoft and aol
