After I bought this site(last year, I think), I added a couple links from my other sites, then the sites was indexed by Google and got some visitors, due to the very high CPC and CTR, although not many visitors, the site earned around $60 from AdSense in the first month. But after that, I didn't do anything about it.

If you know something about real estate, this is a great site to start with - nice and aged domain.
