I have a micro-niche site that is targeting the keyword, 'Rabbit hutch designs' which makes an Adsense income of $4 in Mar 2011.

http://www.rabbithutchdesigns.net/

100% of the revenue comes from the Adsense program.

I am selling this site because I need to clear my porfolio and focus only on a few ones.
The earnings come from very minimal traffic, the earnings will increase if you build in more links to increase the ranking.

The traffic has started to come in and last month I see an increase of 100% Adsense earnings compared to previous month.
.
