I am selling my website (MyStartupGuide.com)

I am selling this website because I need money to go on vacation while my friends are home for Christmas Break.

The main page http://www.MyStartupGuide.com is a Google PR 1
The forums page http://www.MyStartupGuide.com/forums/ is a Google PR 2

The entire website was created and coded by me. All of the images are mine and will be become property of the new owner.

This website has made a few dollars with Google AdSense, but it isn't worth posting the stats.

If you type "MyStartupGuide" into Google you will receive 1,090 results.

This would be a great website if you could provide good content for the users to read in the "3" sections of the website (The Idea/The Money/The Beginning)

I am selling this website, not based on revenue or earnings, but based on the current content, and the current "3" Section model that the business is running on.

No Buy It Now price set yet, But I am accepting all and any offers for it. I am in a bind and need this money urgently. If you come to me with a half decent price, I will for sure take it. The only thing that needs to happen for the website to change ownership is pushing the domain to your namecheap.com account and then changing the ownership info on the hosting plan. It is very simple and can be done the same day that payment is made. I would like to have this auction run for a week, but would be more happy to just accept some good BUY IT NOW offer.
