PPC Parking 2004 Stats

Having just finished calculating costs and earnings for last year, I have noticed that the largest percentage of my revenue came from PPC parking.

2004 Breakdown

Affiliate links - 28%
Webhosting - 18%
Domain Sales - 9%
PPC Parking - 46%

% is in terms of revenue.

IMO it seems like PPC is in for a good year in 2005 with more competion from the new startups and the improvement of services from the established companies.

Like to know how the rest of you did last year and what your forecast would be for this year.

You need to divide the percentages by the number of domains devoted to each category, and recalculate.

What does "webhosting" consists of? It is not clear.

The percentages I stated were taken from the % of web based revenue generated for the whole year using different monetization programs.

Let's say from a total revenue of $xxx,xxx.

46% of it was generated from PPC parking, 9% of it from Sales of Domain names and so on.

By "webhosting" I mean sales of webhosting services i.e. sales of web hosting space on your servers.

"Affiliate links" refers to commisions from affliate links (banners, text ads, feeds) on your websites.

Others may have other programs to generate revenue from what I have listed but in general the point is, for me PPC parking now provides a larger cut of my total web income.

In addition I'm referring to Net revenue. Thats' Gross income minus the expenses.
Where expenses include employee salary(basically myself), capital expenditure (purchase of domain names, scripts), operating expenses (server costs, travel expenses, coffee), etc.
