Best parking for pizza related domain

i have a domain related to pizza and it gets some uniques as well. i tried parking in ND but just got 2 cents per click. I would really appreciate if you can recommend some alternative parking program with higher PPC income. and also mention what keyword should i use for the optimum income.
ps. 98% of the traffic comes from USA.

It's more of a news parking page than a page of ads but it should work for a pizza domain. It uses your own Adsense codes by the way so it cuts out the middleman (Sedo, NameDrive, etc) who take their share of your revenue.
