I've come across an unregistered domain name available in .org and .net consisting of 2 good keywords that go very well together and the two word phrase relates to the professional industry. It received 9,900 exact search volume last month for the US and a global monthly search volume of 40,500, has very high advertiser competition and returns 1,340,000 google results. If I register it, I plan to resell it as opposed to develop it. I'm relatively new to this so any thoughts would be appreciated.
