Yeah, the first pic he looks around 8-10 and the 2nd pic he looks a bit older like around 11-12

Thats what I'm aiming for at the moment - got any good tips?

well if you have no experience get a personal trainer, don't goto the "normal" gyms, look for some proper ones in the yellow pages, if you are in edinburgh don't looks anywhere else other than marcos.

If you goto a proper gym there are many trainers, find a good one and dedicate at least 1 hour a day (minimum).
