I don't know why I love these threads, I just feel like I can learn a ton about someone from their desktop.

Here's mine, it looks weird because it's a SS on a 1920x1200 resolution monitor.

w00t for Guild Wars. Which ones do you guys have?

I'll do you all a favor and not post my desktop, since it currently has 95 icons on it and is using the default background. I've never bothered to do anything about it since I never actually look at my desktop. When I'm actually on my comp there is either a browser window, a half-finished PHP script, or a rampaging group of Bladed Aatxes covering everything up. I spend several hours on my comp each day and only about 10-15 seconds of that is spent with the desktop showing.

Oh, and Vista is the Devil's OS.

All three games. Do you play a lot? ;)

Every chance I get. I only have Factions and Nightfall so far, but I intend to get Prophecies soon.

I just checked my wife's desktop on the same comp and she has a whopping 19 icons (same background), but most of them are my progs anyway. She doesn't clean them off because she almost always uses my profile for everything.

I have a habit of periodically screencapping my desktop for posterity. It's fun to look back and see what it looked like 1,2,5 years ago. If I can find them I'll put those up since my current version is somewhat less than noteworthy.

Here's my updated desktop. I'm still trying to find a nice, simple and clear visual style. The one I have (Luna Element 5) is alright, but I don't like the Start menu.

What does this make me? Just plain cute, innocent, and adorable? :p

-LB- : Desktop icons are one thing. But what is it with all the zipped files? :tri:
Joseph : Those characters on yours....Hope not little voices in the head
Morphmaster : Windows' desktop has a tool to rearrange those :p
networkmasia : Here is wishing you luck in obtaining that goal. Every time you look at it, make sure what you are doing on computer is working toward obtaining it :]
Michael : Love it :hearts: - Now if you can just remember where you put everything B-)
Gene : All I can say is you scare me! 8-X
