Thanks for your fast reply but i still did't get the answer. I had already read that thread before posting this thread here. It only says "new member can't post signature" but when they will be allow.

welcome to the forum , you can see forum guidelines. not only sigs people only click the links when you have contributed some valuable stuff. keep focusing the quality.

4.2 Reserved for Normal, Supporter and Business Signatures
