Possible TM issues my domain

Hi all,

I would like to know if theA380.com has TM issues. I am confused because some say yes and others no. I went to the united states Patenet and Trademark website http://www.uspto.gov/index.html, and I didn't find theA380 registered.
Note that A380 is registered for the new airbus A380 technology.

I'd really appreciate any advice,

it probably is.. if you register themicrosoft.com or theadobe.com them companys would get you.. maybe try contacting the holder(S) of the trademark??

Can this lead me into direct trouble? Since airbus is a big company, should i expect that they will have experience lawyers that will make me pay a lot if they prove it to be a TM issue?

Don’t get worried, at this point if they had issue with you they would simply send you a cease and desist letter and you could delete the domain but it’s more likely that they have no idea who you are or that your domain exists.

Just remember that how you're using the name can make a big difference.

I just checked the domain in my browser and it sent warning signals all over
me.

You can say it, but it won't necessarily be believed. What you use the web site for is more telling. If the content has nothing to do with the A380, then you have a chance of winning that argument.
