Well, one I can think of - and I've seen this with website selling, is where a group of guys bid on a domain to make it appear valuable - which fools the end buyer.

Anyone ran into this or heard of it?

Anyone ran into this or heard of it?

Bid on the domain in a reserve or no reserve auction?

If reserve, were the bids placed under reserve, thus not a binding offer?

Or all bids were for a no reserve or were above the reserve, thus all we're binding offers?
