Very hard to put an estimate though.

Stuff (.)it sold for 80500 USD last year.

From above mentioned we can easily see Portal(.)it is a Premium Domain .

BTW，the Italian word Portale which means Portal in English， the world similar to English ，but there is no doubt that Portal is much widely used than its own language(portale).

Last but not least ， Portal(.)it also can be used as itportal，（tech is hot topic in many search index ）related to tech aspects（news，infos，desktops，techtrends，computers……），end with (.)it makes this domain extremely valuable

Overall ，it can use as sub -domains as well，like news.portal(.)it，
My.portal(.)it……

Therefore，in my point of view， this domain could be 50000USD+ to the end users.
