I snagged this name with development in mind, Either a real estate site, Or a portral of all the rich and famous homes, kinda like , MTV cribs-lol

The name has a four year history of a developed website.

Nice name for a site. "Popular" is a bit weak for some uses (as opposed to "available"), but should do well once developed.
