Thought it could be a site for holiday houses, Italian/Spanish real estate or celebrity homes, a la MTV Cribs?

Hey Mathias, likewise I bought HipCut a while back thinking it a catchy name for a salon chain. However, it hasn't yet yielded my early retirement. I think the truth is "hip" is becoming less common in language use.

personally i dont think the crowd after villas would really be into the word hip. so IMO hip and villa dont go together
