This site sells turnkey websites, dropship oscommerce sites, hosting, and some scripts. It has an SSL as well. It brings in probably $60-$150 per month with no advertising or promotion at all. There are a couple affiliates which also do marketing for this site for a per-sale commission.

This is one of those things I'm getting rid of to make room for what has become my main project - so I don't want to spend a whole lot of training time on how to run it - it's prett simple for most people that hang out in this forum.

You'll need: hosting - a reseller acct is recommended, (i can provide if you don't have it) a subscription to the turnkey web place - if you don't know the one, it's $59/6 months for all those sites that are under the 'turnkey' heading.

I've made a lot of $ selling the OSCommerce templates on ebay, like $500 per site sometimes - which is everything that falls under the 'dropship' category in the site - so the price will have to be higher if you want those templates/databases.

I'll take offers over $200.

The turnkey sites aren't exclusive at all - you'll have to get an acct w/ the site that sells them - which is like $59/6 months for unlimited access to all the sites - and reseller rights.

The drop ship sites I put together, and they're the ones that make a lot more $ if sold on ebay or otherwise. I would include all the supplier info, etc. on those.

Here you go - I've actually made quite a bit more sales than this that are generated from leads from this site - meaning people use the contact form and then order later just by paying paypal, etc.

Theres something I dont quite get yet: apart from paying you for the site I also need to pay a subscription to another site that will provide me with the actual sites I will be selling?

I assume most people here know where you can get the turnkey sites but I don't want to mention the name as people sometimes sell the sites here and I don't want to step on any sales.

So yes, to sell the turnkey sites, a subscription is required which is $59 every 6 months.
