I backordered a name at Pool yesterday. The name is now listed in my "Successful Backorders" section and my credit card was billed...but I have yet to receive even one single email from Pool telling me anything, not even an official "you won the name" type email. So now what? How do I access the name? It says the aquiring registrar is Wisdomain..never heard of them.

This was my first experience with Pool and I'm so happy to see they're just as confusing as Snap....not :|

I sometimes experience this too. You have to contact them, then normally you will get the email within 1-2 days.

Which domainname was it? :)

Hi Jingles.. I work for Pool's sister company Rebel.com. I asked Pool customer service to add the domain to your registrar account and notify you once done. You should hear from them shortly and we apologize for the delay.
