I think one thing that hurts your domain is that it seems pretty difficult to spell for me. It leaves a lot of room for confusion which is bad for a domain name.

I'd agree with reg fee, unless you develop and do major advertising, but I think you'd definitely have traffic loss because of the difficult spelling.
