Established PollingScript.com - Money making script

I am short of cash and need some to jump start a few other projects im working on. I wouldent normally sell such a valuable asset but I have chosen to let it go. Polling Script is a unique custom-coded script I hired a freelancer to create, there are very few similiar scripts around, i'll break down what the script offers:

Polling Script Offers:
The ability to create your own "free polls" website where users can sign up and use simple html to put polls on their own websites. It works with javascript includes, a mysql backend and the poll results are displayed on the purchasers website. You could also integrate this system into your current website and offer it to your own userbase. The purchaser can optionally put adverts on their own pages (each poll results viewed takes visitor to purchasers website).

PollingScript.com has been online for about 2 months and has received 2 orders so far, I have only listed this website in all the main php directories. There could be more revenue potential if you knew where to advertise and put up paid adverts. It received 935 uniques last month and to date this month it has received 627 uniques.

I have my own copy of this script working at freepolling.com and it has been receiving a generous amount of traffic from search engines with very little work, you may just want to buy this website to produce your own copies of this. This is a very effective method of viral marketing and with optimal advert positioning on the "Poll Results" page you could make a nice sum with a popular website. Even the demo version of the script I provide is receiving a nice amount of traffic.

I can see that there is more room for profit in this website but I cannot hold on to it. I bought the script at a fair price and will be looking to at least recover the costs of it. Questions can be posted here.

Yes, you can use the script on however many sites you wish. You cannot resell the script though.
