[Poll] Most User Friendly Advertising

I am currently finishing off a new site I have made. It's about a week from finish and once the website has established itself I will put some advertising on it.

My question is which type of advertising is the least likely to turn away visitors?

I voted for text ads, however image ads are fine as well (some cases probably even better). I would just recommend avoiding pop-ups/under at all cost
