Polish whois

It seems that I can't find the registrant email by doing a normal whois search on a polish domain name. e.g. http://whois.sc/twojstyl.pl. Anyone know how to find the registrant email?

It doesn't give the registrant email info either. I guess the names I have been checking are privacy protected. But I dunno why all the names I have been checking are privacy protected???
