I own the domain and someone has offered me $5000 not sure if I should sell or if its worth a lot more?

Any opinions welcome.

Great name!!! Kudos. I'd only take the $5K if you really need the money. It may take a bit - but IMHO I think you'll get more offers. A hot poker forum with a great name could pull in MAJOR revenue.

I'm not going to let it go anywhere I plan to make it a large poker community for sure.

Good question really...

I do like PokerTalk.com as i think its great community name to start a forum with... but i love PokerGods.com as It's a phrase me and my buddies use all the time "I hope the poker gods are looking down on me".

I have many Poker names really, more .co.uk's e.g. PokerPlayers.co.uk, LivePoker.co.uk etc etc than .com's

To answer your question though I'd say PokerGods.com is my fave.

I personally like PokerTalk.com. The domain rocks and screams for development.

Also, I currently don't own any Poker domains however, I have noticed that quality Poker domains really do quite well in the secondary market.

Well thanks guys for making me feel even worse about selling this domain. I can tell you had I not needed the $$$ I would not have sold it BUT thats the way it goes right.

I do wish I would have realized my other options but I had never looked into selling the domain although I had offers before nothing at the level Barry offered.

Well since I never did anything meaningful with it for 5 years I guess 5K was good...if he puts in the time and $$ to make a great site (which I am sure he will) then he deserves the reward that comes with it.

Domain Jedi: In your opinion, how much should I of held out for?
