PokerPlan.net (recently established site)

Could you guys please give an appraisal of:

PokerPlan.net

PokerPlan.info

PokerPlan.co.uk

PokerPlan.biz


They currently point at a recently established site. Site is 3 weeks old and get approx 70-150 hits per day, and growing.

The direct words poker and plan don't go well together IMO, but you're site looks pretty nice.

Speaking for the domain, I would estimate the .net at about low to mid $XX, possibly high to low $XXX from a high end buyer (this is assuming you have no traffic). I like the concept of your website though, and with that many users the price including hits would obviously make the domain much more valuable.

But I'm guessing you just wanted a domain appraisal on its own right?

I'm new to all this (domain values, etc), so please bare with me.

Which is the valuable part? Is it the name itself, or the potential traffic, or the established traffic?
How many hits a day is considered valuable? 100, 1000? I'm just after ball-park figures, for my own information.
