negotiable Celebrity .co.uk domain for sale

I've not got much time to develop a site, so I'm looking to sell the following domain:

AshleeSimpson.co.uk

She has recently entered the UK singles chart at number 4.

Currently getting around 50 uniques per day... although the average over the last 40-some days is less (traffic has been growing). Basic stats can be checked via the Extreme tracker icon at the bottom of the entry page.

It has a messageboard up which currently has 26 members. This will be included in the sale. (the messageboard has only been up for just over a week)

All reasonable offers will be considered. (PayPal is the preferred payment method)

The domain is at enom so a free push will allow the buyer full control over the domain.... however if required, a full .co.uk ownership transfer can be arranged (Nominet charge around 35 GBP for this)

Thanks for the offer kerr, however I have turned down an offer of $80, so that should give an idea of what I'm hoping for. (I am willing to let it go for $120... but may be interested in slightly lower offers of $90+)
