Hi,

I have had this domain for quite a few years but have do not have time to develop it. Would someone be so kind as to give me their opinion as to what it might sell for?

I also am looking to sell videopodcast.net

Thank you,
Danny

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Unfortunately most of the kw value of the term "podcast" has been lost since its peak (looks like around 2006 according to Google Trends.) It's just a catchy phrase that enjoyed some traction in the previous decade. The actual technology existed before the phrase, and people have moved on to alternate terms as the web broadcasting media have advanced and specialised.

All that said, you could probably get some decent money from an optimist for PodcastRadio.com, maybe mid-$$$. You should probably just throw in the other domain as a freebie.

Thanks

Thanks Frank, I appreciate it. I have always loved this domain because it sounded so close to broadcast radio.

I wonder if other's have the same opinion?

I'm sorry, aboutdn, but since you have an established history of getting your numbers out of thin air, would you mind linking me to something that confirms that podcasts.com sold for $1,800,000? The .net sold for a whopping $2,600 in 2006, and I don't see podcasts.com anywhere on any list I can find of high-value domain sales. (this article for example, which was the top 25 sales as of the end of 2012.)

So ... would you mind substantiating your assertion that podcasts.com sold for $1,800,000? No offence, and thanks in advance.
