The devil is in the details. What exactly counts as ''AI-generated'' content?
There is a big difference between creating a totally artifical topic - shooting idea to ChatGpt and copy-pasting the result to initiate the thread from one hand, and editing your own text for clarity from the other - but both are technically been thru ChatGpt.
I am against the first, but not the second.

I voted for the third option (Create dedicated sections or threads that are AI-free ) but I think it should be reverse, create an area for AI and leave the rest and majority free of ai.

We’re testing AI models for domain ranking and seeing how brandability sometimes beats pure metrics — curious what you’ve seen.

The Authors should mark it as AI or mixed/edited by himself later, I do this on my own website when I write blog articles, so that my readers know that it is based on my prompt, edited or my own full clean post.

You missed one option:
- Allow wife to write contents

Because she is very smart and she can write like AI.

vote for “Create dedicated sections or threads that are AI-free”
Creating AI-free sections isn’t about rejecting AI, It’s about preserving signal quality.

I think there is quality ai answer and shit ai answer. I’d say add ability to flag users that send useless answers no matter if ai or not and reduce their capability to spam with low quality.

Agree 100% - and this poll has no choice for that, so I didn't vote

HI - ( post created by human intelligence ).

I voted to ban it completely. AI is not intelligence - it is an analysis of multiple opinions and filtration is subject to political bias. It has no capacity for original or creative thought in my opinion. AI free search engines give far better results, and give you a chance to differentiate between truth and friction (sic).

by the time any decision is made,
it may be too late to get a handle, on it/

imo….

Using AI to edit your own text for clarity is not really what the conversation is about.

Auto spell-check is fine too.

Where to draw the line requires (not so) common sense.

I voted to allow without moderation. Reasons:
- AI is here to stay.
- AI created content with abusive characteristics can be reported, like any other "bad" post.
- Think about non Angloamerican folks like me who often use Google translator. It is AI created content if you interpret it narrowly.

However, I think it would be good if source attribution were mandatory for AI-related content (without translations).
