I'm selling the site http://www.pmpcenter.com and comes with 11 months of prepaid hosting from Dreamhost.com ($110 value). Domain is registered at GoDaddy.com so a free push. The site pmpcenter.com runs on a licensed copy op www.awscms.com as I bought this site previously from the AWScms owner.
