I see no value I'm afraid.
If you are trying to use the word "Lappy" as a slang for a "laptop" then it makes it no value I'm afraid. The two words don't go hand in hand. Just because laptops can be related to tech doesn't mean there is any meaningful use in "Tech Laptop".

This domain name is simply parked, so whatever visitors or revenue it did have probably doesn't add any value to it now (unless backlinks are still present and decent and relevant to something commercial).
It could be an ok name for a kids clothes shop or toys or similar, although "kids" or "children" keywords would likely be better. It's not terrible and could be used for all sorts of things (activities day out etc) but to be honest I don't see a lot of value or even a likely sale.

Keep it on Sedo, someone might make an offer.
