Site looks nice, It would be good to start off with no link back to populate your directory. The make it linkback, because you have deeplinks you will get quite a lot of submissions.

Good website design, but it has a simple look! It is better to redesign Top 10 Listings in more professional style! Redesign left-side menu to have more complecated view!
